Assalamualaikum,

“Garlic Breadsticks”. Roti ini mengungingatkan pada grandma. Suatu ketika kami diundang makan malam. Beliau sedang menyiapkan oven untuk memanggang roti yg bentuknya seperti yg saya but ini, saya membantunya kala itu membuat sup tomat yg dicampur dengan beberapa herbs.
Hal yg menurut saya unik, setiap kami makan masakan bule yg beliau masak selalu lahap, lidah nusantara kami tak pernah berkomentar malah kadang suka nambah. Tentunya beliau selalu menyediakan yg halal dan memberitahu semua ingredients yg ada dimakanan. Seperti
Breadstick ini cocok sekali dipadu dengan butter, sup ataupun salad. Paksu bilang rasanya mirip dengan buatan grandma. Jadilah malam ini kami ga ada yg makan malam sudah pada kenyang makan roti kurang salad sayurnya aja. ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ 


“Garlic breadsticks”
• 200 gram tepung protein tinggi (cakra)
• 80 gram tepung terigu
• 100 ml air
• 1 sdm mentega lelehkan
• 1 sdm gula pasir
• 1 sdt ragi instant ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
• 1/4 sdt garam

Bahan topping
• 2 sdm mentega leleh ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
• 1/2 sdt bawang butih butiran agak kasar
• 1/2 sdt daun mint kering yg sudah halus ( krna saya ga ada oregano)
• 1/2 sdt garam

Cara buat
• Campur semua bahan, kecuali garam aduk rata dengan air sampai setengah kalis, tambahkan garam adon sampai kalis elastis.
• Gilas adoanan, kemudian potong memanjang. Susun diloyang biarkan ngembang +- 45-60 menit.
• panaskan oven suhu 200 C
• Campur bahan topping kemudian oleskan pada adonan, panggang sampai kecoklatan. Sesuai oven masing2.
• Setelah matang olesi lagi dengan mentega cair.
• Sajikan.

Catatan Dewan Juri


Dewan juri dalam hal ini saya sendiri, Baba Dion, endorse ini roti. Rasanya enak, bagi yang pernah ke luar negeri, pasti mengingatkan negara yang pernah dikunjungi. Bagi yang belum ke luar negeri, cobalah resep ini, mudah-mudahan termotivasi untuk dapat ke luar negeri. 

Enak, gandos sarindos... bisa untuk sarapan pagi, atau sore-sore sambil nyeruput kopi. Bahkan bisa juga untuk makan malam atau makan siang. 

Ayo, dicoba mamah muda dan mamah senior, kalau berhasil, let us know ya....
