Duh, di Kota Jambi Masih Ada 600 Guru Belum Bersertifikasi, Begini Jawaban Kadisdik

BRITO.ID, BERITA JAMBI - Kurun waktu 13 tahun proses sertifikasi guru yang merupakan amanat Undang Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen (UUGD) telah mencapai angka signifikan.

Meski begitu, di Kota Jambi masih banyak guru yang belum bersertifikasi.
Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kota Jambi, Arman Senin (13/01) menjelaskan jumlah guru yang belum bersertifikasi ada sebanyak 600 orang. Ditahun ini dana yang digelontorkan untuk membayar dana sertifikasi di Kota Jambi adalah sebanyak Rp94 Miliar terbagi per triwulan.

"Jumlah penerimanya 2.700 guru memang terkadang proses pencairan juga sering terhambat. Tapi secara keseluruhan tuntas," jelas Arman.

Arman juga mengatakan ada beberapa kendala yang dialami oleh guru, sehingga belum mendapatkan sertifikasi. Diantaranya minimnya pemahaman dan juga belum mengikuti proses sertifikasi tersebut.

"Ada beberapa persyaratan diantaranya adalah harus mengikuti MKG. Kemudian harus mengajar kalau guru SD itu tak kurang dari 20 siswa. Jika guru SMP itu 24, jam mengajar juga harus cukup. Kalau kurang itu biasanya diperbantukan ke sekolah lain," papar Arman.

Meski belum merata pihaknya akan terus melakukan sosialisasi terhadap guru yang belum bersertifikasi.

"Dari jumlah 600-an guru yang belum bersertifikasi tersebut 165 diantaranya adalah guru baru yang diangkat pada penerimaan CPNS tahun lalu," pungkas Arman.
