Resep dan Cara Membuat Bakpao Anti Aging

Alhamdulillah Bapao anti aging 😊, bisa dicoba dengan isian manis untuk takjil.

Untuk bikin kembang2 gitu, musti banyak baca dari master2 bapao mengenai tips2 pengukusan, ngebentuk, dan biar gak keriput gitu. Sudah berapa kali bikin bapao, seringggg gagal malah. Ini kebetualan ada yg lumayan bentuknya gak abstrak😂

Resepnya punya temen yg jualan, sewaktu di Makasar. Dan ini saya buat sesuai kebutuhan.

Bapao isi kacang hijau
Bahan A
200 gram tepung cakra
50 gram tepung terigu
1 sdm minyak goreng
1 sdm gula pasir
1/2 sdt ragi
100 ml air Es
1/4 sdt baking powder

Bahan B
1 sdm mentega putih
Sejumput garam

Cara buat
-Campur bahan A aduk setengah kalis, tambahkan garam dan mentega adon sampai kalis. -Bagi2 adonan sesuai selera, bentuk dan isi, proofing sampai ringan
- Panaskan kukusan sampai beruap.
- Matikan kompor, susun bapao kukus selama -+ 10 menit api sedang.

1. Sangat rekomended untuk dibuat.
2. Isi kacang hijau bisa juga diganti dengan kelapa manis
3. Intinya saya suka, saya suka.
