Koordinator PLKI Terima Konsultasi Mahasiswa Internasional Asal Malaysia

Konsultasi dihadiri antara Koordinator PLKI dan perwakilan mahasiswa Malaysia: Dhia dan Farah

Jambi, 19 Maret 2025 – Koordinator Pusat Layanan Kerja Sama Internasional (PLKI), Dion Ginanto, menerima kunjungan konsultasi dari mahasiswa internasional asal Malaysia. Pertemuan ini berlangsung pada Rabu, 19 Maret 2025, di ruang PLKI dan membahas dua agenda penting terkait keberlanjutan program mahasiswa internasional di kampus.

Agenda pertama adalah rencana kedatangan mahasiswa baru asal Malaysia yang dijadwalkan akan tiba dalam waktu dekat. Pembahasan meliputi teknis penerimaan, akomodasi, serta pendampingan awal yang akan disiapkan oleh PLKI.

Agenda kedua membahas rencana pelaksanaan kegiatan penyambutan dan orientasi akademik bagi mahasiswa internasional. Kegiatan ini dirancang untuk membantu mahasiswa memahami sistem akademik, budaya kampus, serta membangun jejaring sosial sejak awal kedatangan.

Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Dion Ginanto menyampaikan harapannya agar jumlah mahasiswa internasional, khususnya dari Malaysia, dapat terus bertambah pada tahun ini. “Kami berharap agar mahasiswa internasional dapat bertambah tahun ini, sebagai bagian dari upaya internasionalisasi kampus dan penguatan kerja sama antarnegara,” ujarnya.

PLKI berkomitmen untuk terus memberikan layanan terbaik bagi mahasiswa asing dan mendorong terciptanya lingkungan akademik yang inklusif dan multikultural di kampus.
